Based on the pen and paper role playing game by the same name, the movie is set in 2707 where nearly everything is powered by Steamand must go to war against Mutants who have been brought to Earth.  Got some shitty reviews on Rotten Tomaotes, but here is the first 5 minutes...it looks pretty fucking good to me!
